Concert Event Plan & Program Design

APRIL 2022

A big part of my role as PR Manager for State of Fifths A Cappella was the planning, execution, and promotion of events.

For the 2022 Spring Senior Showcase concert (plus all of our other shows and gigs!) I researched and booked the venue, coordinated the schedule and materials, and developed a social media marketing campaign.

One of the most important materials to have at each show is the program, and I was particularly proud of my creation of this year's design. The group's identity is very close-knit, family-oriented, and rooted in tradition and nostalgia. To represent those themes visually, I wanted to give this program a DIY scrapbook/collage style appearance, using handwritten text, doodles, and photos throughout.
